Where do you deliver?

I cover all areas within a 10-mile radius of Barrow. This includes Bury, Newmarket, Mildenhall and all surrounding villages. You'll find a handy map below.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery within Barrow and Burthorpe is free of charge. For all other areas I have a flat £5 delivery charge - this helps me to keep things simple for everyone, whilst covering my vehicle costs.

How should I take care of my flowers?

Upon delivery, I will provide you with flower food and a card with all the information you need to keep your flowers fresh and beautiful for as long as possible. Bouquets come with a small supply of water in a cellophane bubble, which should be removed, and the flowers arranged in a container with fresh water. Ideally the water should be changed every 2-3 days and the stems trimmed slightly (at an angle) to allow the flowers to absorb more water.

Table arrangements and wreaths come in soaked Oasis or fresh damp moss, and should not need any further care after delivery.

What if delivery was unsuccessful?

When you order, I'll ask your preferred day for delivery and what to do if there is no-one in. The usual options are to leave the flowers with a neighbour or to attempt re-delivery within the hour. I'm very happy to re-deliver on a subsequent day but please be advised that another delivery charge will be applied.

My delivery days are variable at the moment, but tend to be 2-3 days a week, including a Saturday, and more at peak times.

Can I arrange to collect my flowers instead?

Yes - my preference is to deliver, but of course you may pick your flowers up by special arrangement if you live out of my normal delivery area or you need the flowers for a certain time. Collections are best for me in the morning, as this is when I'm preparing orders.

How much notice do you need for orders?

As all flowers are sourced fresh and all bouquets are made to order, please allow 3-4 days for delivery and specify your preferred day in the order form. If you need an order more quickly, please let me know and I may be able to help!

What should I do if I'm unhappy with my flowers?

I want all my customers to be delighted with their flowers. If you've requested a specific flower and I wasn't able to source it, I will always discuss this with you first to check you're happy with any suggested replacement. Please bear in mind that bouquets, even ones following a particular design, will look different to each other, so the images on my site are for guidance rather than an exact science. I source all my flowers and sundries from specialist markets and wholesalers so there is no compromise on quality. If you experience any issues with your order, in the first instance please call or WhatsApp me and I will do what I can to resolve the issue.
